Your account.
Your data.
A plain-language guide to what Igris stores, how Project Accounts work, and the rules that apply when you use them.
What is collected
When you create an Igris Project Account, we store your email address and the profile information you choose to provide, including your name, unique username and optional phone number.
Project information & files
If you submit a project through your account, we may store the project title, type, description, budget, deadline, status and files you attach. Attachments are stored in a private project-files area and are associated with your account and project.
Why it is used
Your information is used to provide sign-in, account management, project submissions, saved-work features and project communication. Your optional phone number is collected only as an additional project contact detail.
Passwords
Your password is handled by Supabase Authentication. Igris does not display or store your plain-text password. You can change your password from your account page or use the password-reset flow.
Email verification
New accounts require email verification. Verification emails are sent using the Igris email-sending setup so you can confirm that the email address belongs to you.
Security
Authentication and account data are protected by Supabase Auth and database access rules. Profile and project records are restricted to the signed-in account that owns them. Project files are stored privately rather than being exposed as a public file listing.
Data choices
You can choose not to register. You can also choose not to provide an optional phone number. If you need an account or project record removed or corrected, contact Igris through the website.
Third-party services
Igris uses services such as Supabase for authentication and database/storage infrastructure, and a transactional email provider for account emails. These services process information only as needed to provide the features described here.
Changes
This page may be updated when account features or security practices change. The latest version will always be available here.
Using an Igris Project Account
By creating or using an Igris Project Account, you agree to use the account honestly, keep your login details secure, and provide information that is reasonably accurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Project submissions
You may submit project descriptions, text files and project files so Igris can understand and work on your request. Only upload material you have permission to share. Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, malware, illegal material, or private information belonging to another person without permission.
Your files & content
You keep ownership of the files and project material you submit. You give Igris permission to access, review, copy and use that material only as reasonably necessary to discuss, plan, build, test or deliver the requested project.
Project communication
Submitting a project does not automatically mean that Igris has accepted a contract, price or deadline. Project scope, pricing, delivery dates and revisions can be agreed separately before work begins.
Account security
Do not share your password or deliberately give another person access to your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact Igris.
Acceptable use
You may not use the account system to abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or submit content that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability & changes
Website features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed as the service evolves. Igris may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary and will publish the current version on this page.
Contact
If you have a privacy, security, account or project question, use the Contact page.
